The Clinics has four areas: The Sam Poole Medical Clinic, The Green Warren Dental Clinic, The Dispensary, The Seelke Eye Clinic, Behavioral Health and Counseling and Health Access. We have 16 specialties that we can care for in-house and a number of external partners that we can refer to for pro bono services.
Good News Clinics serves Hall County residents ages 18-65 who are without access to health insurance
and have a family income within 150% of the federal poverty level.
Sam Poole Medical Clinic
The Sam Poole Medical Clinic provides primary healthcare services to people with multiple and complex medical problems that would otherwise, and repeatedly, end up in the emergency room. It is the principle focus of Good News Clinics to provide this large and still growing patient base with the continuity of care that is necessary to keep them out of the hospital.
New patients receive medical and laboratory screenings to identify any areas of concern. The information is then carefully reviewed by the medical staff to determine patient needs and choose the appropriate physician volunteer for follow-up appointments.

Green Warren Dental Clinic
The Green Warren Dental Clinic provides acute dental care for adults including extractions and fillings. A prevention program is conducted for all new patients explaining proper brushing and flossing techniques as well as nutrition for oral health. Following the class, each patient receives a dental exam including X-rays and an appointment with a dentist. Children are scheduled for sealant and fluoride treatments.

Good News Dispensary
Several pharmaceutical companies provide the majority of the medications needed by GNC patients through their Patient Assistance Programs (PAP).
All patients who qualify are signed up for PAP assistance during their first appointment. Pharmaceutical samples are the source of many medications dispensed by the GNC dispensary.
The medications that cannot be obtained through samples or PAP program are purchased with donor funds.
GNC offers Hepatitis C treatment to patients who qualify through a clinical screening process. Since instituting the protocol, GNC has provided a value of more than $3.8M in medications to treat patients with Hepatitis C and the treatment protocol has a 98% cure rate to date. GNC makes the treatment protocol available to other free and charitable clinics interested in providing Hepatitis C treatment.

The Seelke Eye Clinic
The Seelke Eye Clinic is the only free eye clinic in Hall County and provides several services for our medical patients upon referral by their primary care provider within the clinics. Eye exams to address vision loss an annual diabetic eye exams are available. Should a patient need glasses, our clinic partners with a local optometry office that offers affordable glasses. We also provide eye imaging in-house to diagnose and create treatment plans for a variety of eye diseases, including retinopathy. Our retina clinic sees patients monthly.

Behavioral Health and Counseling
Good News Clinics provides mental and behavioral health care and counseling to its patients through their Patient Assistance Programs (PAP). All patients who qualify are signed up for PAP assistance during their first appointment.

- GNC sees an average of 150 patients monthly
Health Access Program & Referrals
Health Access provides specialty care referrals, diagnostic tests and treatment for uninsured patients referred by primary care providers (self referrals are not accepted), including the Northeast Georgia Physicians Group practice at the Hall County Health Department and Good News Clinics.
In 2015 more than 300 specialty physicians, along with Northeast Georgia Medical Center, provided Health Access patients with over $11 million in specialty care, inpatient and outpatient services.
