Building Hope Through Healthcare
In 1992, Good News Clinics opened as a nonprofit Christian health center charged with nurturing broken bodies and souls and providing healing for both. With community support, the Clinics began to grow and expand, eventually becoming the largest free clinic in Georgia. Over the past thirty years, the Clinics have grown from seeing a few patients in a local homeless shelter to being a lifeline for over 3,500 patients annually. From humble beginnings a few hours each week, our volunteer clinic has grown to include a medical, dental, and eye clinic, counseling program, specialty referrals and imaging program, and medication dispensary, all available five days per week.
Why Should I Give?
As a non-profit, Good News Clinics relies on volunteers to provide clinical services. Volunteer healthcare providers give their time and expertise to care for those with no other options. With the recent expansion to increase capacity comes the need to extend our campaign. Continued support of the Greater Things campaign means strengthening the future of our mission to ensure continued services to vulnerable Hall County residents for years to come.
The Greater Things Campaign aims to support two campaign pillars: Program Support and Endowment.
